Specificity: Recognizes the rat CD4 cell surface antigen, a ~55kD glycoprotein expressed by helper T cells and weakly by monocytes. Recognizes a different epitope on the CD4 Molecule than the monoclonal Mouse anti Rat CD4 antibody.
